Meghan Walsh
Born in Hingham, Massachusetts, to a human father and Vila mother, Meghan is one of the various Changelings found in the greater Boston area within the society of the Hidden. Her family moved to Jamaica Plain when she was still young and lived there until she was committed to the Danvers Insane Asylum in 1953.
Shortly after being sent to Danvers, Meghan fell into a comatose state where she was repeatedly abused over the course of three decades until the fateful arrival of a Fallen in 1983 that triggered the awakening of the Strix within her. As the host to the Strix, she is uniquely capable of inflicting real damage against any of the Fallen and punishing them for breach of the Ancient Accords.
Meghan is deeply emotional and compassionate, often struggling with her conflicting halves even at the best of times. Though not particularly quick to anger, she can be quick to act or even use violence against other members of the Hidden if she feels the slightest bit threatened. She will not hesitate to act in the defense of others in similar situations, often landing her in trouble.
