Welcome back to Renezuo.com! It was long past time that I construct a central place to hold all my work, both written and illustrated, so here we are. The last site I had suffered a horrible diarrhea death because I wasn’t willing to throw a friend under the bus to save my own ass.

With that in mind, I have no intention of locking anything behind a paywall. I want to foster goodwill with fans of my work and the community I’d like to build. I don’t want to ransom anything with previews and subscriptions. Instead, I will keep putting out work and it’ll be up to you whether you think that’s worth a bit of cheddar here and there.

That being said, I do want to develop some decent merch, mostly because I’ve picked up the merch from some other artists and it’s so damn cool! Having something I can hold in my hand, slap onto a laptop case, or whatever feels good, and the fact that it supports a creator who put so much work into its creation just makes it that much better. Right now, all I have is Redbubble and the huge, wet bite they take out of my ass makes it almost not worth it. Add to it that I can’t do any merch with Fanart or NSFW, and we’ve got a huge problem. I’m looking for solutions, but I don’t want to spend my life stuffing shit into envelopes and boxes when I could be writing or drawing.

Books on Amazon

I also have books I’ve posted up on Amazon. Right now, they’re Kindle only. They’re pretty cheap, all things considered, and are enabled for Kindle Unlimited. This is another good way to throw a little bit of change my way without breaking the bank, but if this isn’t an option for you, I still keep the stories posted on ScribbleHub and will continue to do so for the forseeable future. Additionally, I’m figuring out how to do physical books so that, again, you can have something physical in hand to enjoy in the event that a service goes down or global nuclear war is declared. A little something for every occasion.

Building the Site

Finally is the site itself. It’s a bitch to build but I do think it’s worth the time. One of the main things holding me back before was the startup costs, but I got a lot of help in the area in the last month or so around my birthday so thank you! I know the people who helped will probably read this. I hope. Maybe.

The site itself is currently unfinished. I have a TON of character stuff that needs to be organized and uploaded. Each character in each storyline in each world is going to have their own page containing vital information and galleries of images featuring them. That way, if you have a favorite, you can follow them specifically to the exclusion of all the other losers.

Finally, I’ll be working on a lore section solely for the background information as it pertains to the stories I’ve written. This’ll be things like realms, magic, races, organizations, and so on, but I haven’t quite decided how I want that to be organized yet, so I am open to suggestions on that.

Anyway, we’re back up and running, and tons of updates will be going up in the weeks to come. So, welcome back, everybody!
